a mommy's exercise routine...

1) lifting 10-15 kg baby/toddler for at least 2 bottom washes a day-more on days when child is feeling more 'doo-dooey' -also in and out of the bath
2) carrying child everytime they say 'pick me up' (or in my kid's case-pick 'you' up)
3) lunging for child everytime they almost fall off the bed/down the stairs/off whatever platform they have opted to stand on this time- be it the table, a chair, a rock or somewhere in public that makes them feel like they are on stage.
4) squatting to put on childs shoes everytime they have gotten the urge to take them off again.
5) picking toys up all day
6) picking everything up all day
7) throwing diapers into garbage, laundry into laundry pile & ball for dog to catch
8) jumping like a kangaroo
9) for that matter....hopping like a rabbit, flying like a birdie/butterfly, leaping like a frog, &walking on all fours like a doggie/lion/any four-legged mammal
10) rocking out to 'i like to sing'
11) working up an elaborate lather in the bathtub
12) rocking afore-mentioned 10-15 kg toddler to sleep for about 30 mins to 1 hr depending on child's mood
13) sit ups throughout the night-depending on how often child wakes up
14).....this space is for your input....i'll add more stuff if anyone has any other 'exercises' they include in their daily 'workout' with kidz...
15) alternatively if people don't have or take care of kidz, i wouldn't mind posting a humorous article on forms of exercise other people engage in.....ie jumping to conclusions, etc...look forward to hearing from you....
